Basic Fit

If you are new to exercising or you haven’t participated in a “functional movement” strength training class before, then this is the class for you. You will tone your muscles while enhancing your balance, coordination, flexibility and building strength. Our certified trainers will guide and teach you correct form and technique on the Power Plate. We strongly suggest you stay in this class until you have mastered the primary movements so you can get the most benefits out of your exercise sessions. We strongly suggest a minimum of 6 classes.
