You will earn points for participating in a variety of activities and win fabulous prizes.
Challenge Requirements: You must attend a minimum of two (2) classes per week during the challenge.
Receive Points for the following activities:
✔ Participate in Fit Vibrations Classes. Bonus points for attending a Flexibility, Mobility and Recovery class, in addition to any of the other fitness classes.
✔ Check-in on Facebook or do an Instagram post, tag the Fit Vibrations location & include the hashtags –
#FVSpringVibesChallenge, #FitVibes, #FitVibrations
✔ Take advantage of a Buddy Class and earn bonus points if your buddy signs up for a package (new clients.)
✔ Do your best, come to class, read the Healthy Eating Guide for maximum benefit!
Below is a list of challenge activities and the points you can earn:

1 | Attend 2 classes per week. |
1 | Check-in on Facebook. |
2 | Post to Instagram from Fit Vibrations and tag the location. |
2 | Post a picture to Facebook from Fit Vibrations and tag the location. |
3 | Post a healthy recipe in the Facebook group or bring in to post on board. |
3 | Post a picture of yourself to Instagram or Facebook performing a healthy activity outside of Fit Vibrations. (Examples: Walking in the park, yoga, strength training, pilates, running, horseback riding, meditation, hiking, etc.) |
3 | Post a picture of a healthy meal that follows the challenge protocol that you ate or made (i.e. you enjoying a healthy meal at restaurant like Core Life or Balance Grille. Or a picture of healthy items purchased at a Farmer’s Market or grocery store.) |
5 | Attend a Flexibility, Mobility and Recovery class in addition to the 2 classes (5 points per FMR class) |
5 | Participate in the Glass City Marathon. |
5 | Attend 3 different classes in a week (i.e. Sculpt Fit, Basic Fit, Tone Fit.) |
5 | Bring a Buddy to class with you. (Buddy attends free. Ask your trainer for details about the Buddy Program.) |
10 | Buddy signs up for the Unlimited 2 Week package or more that day. |
15 | Most body fat lost at the end of the challenge. |
15 | Most muscle gained by the end of the challenge. |
