HOW DOES THE CHALLENGE WORK?

You will earn points for participating in a variety of activities and win fabulous prizes.

Challenge Requirements: You must attend a minimum of two (2) classes per week during the challenge.

STEP ONE

✔ Sign up at the reception desk to participate!

✔ Get your measurements taken with the Bio-Impedance Analyzer – an accurate assessment of body composition.

✔ Check the front desk for days / times of measuring and pre-measurement protocol. This test is OPTIONAL, but is a great tool to measure progress. Protocol must be followed for accuracy.

STEP TWO

Receive Points for the following activities:

✔ Participate in Fit Vibrations Classes. Bonus points for attending a Flexibility, Mobility and Recovery class, in addition to any of the other fitness classes.

✔ Check-in on Facebook or do an Instagram post, tag the Fit Vibrations location & include the hashtags – #FVSpringVibesChallenge, #FitVibes, #FitVibrations

✔ Take advantage of a Buddy Class and earn bonus points if your buddy signs up for a package (new clients.)

STEP 3

✔ Do your best, come to class, read the Healthy Eating Guide for maximum benefit!

AVAILABLE POINTS

Below is a list of challenge activities and the points you can earn:

Points Activities
1 Attend 2 classes per week.
1 Check-in on Facebook.
2 Post to Instagram from Fit Vibrations and tag the location.
2 Post a picture to Facebook from Fit Vibrations and tag the location.
3 Post a healthy recipe in the Facebook group or bring in to post on board.
3 Post a picture of yourself to Instagram or Facebook performing a healthy activity outside of Fit Vibrations. (Examples: Walking in the park, yoga, strength training, pilates, running, horseback riding, meditation, hiking, etc.)
3 Post a picture of a healthy meal that follows the challenge protocol that you ate or made (i.e. you enjoying a healthy meal at restaurant like Core Life or Balance Grille. Or a picture of healthy items purchased at a Farmer’s Market or grocery store.)
5 Attend a Flexibility, Mobility and Recovery class in addition to the 2 classes (5 points per FMR class)
5 Participate in the Glass City Marathon.
5 Attend 3 different classes in a week (i.e. Sculpt Fit, Basic Fit, Tone Fit.)
5 Bring a Buddy to class with you. (Buddy attends free. Ask your trainer for details about the Buddy Program.)
10 Buddy signs up for the Unlimited 2 Week package or more that day.
15 Most body fat lost at the end of the challenge.
15 Most muscle gained by the end of the challenge.
