Based on our whole-body vibration research, we recommend a 27-minute workout 2 to 3 times per week. Your body will need rest and recovery time between each session. Exercise is stress to your body, therefore your body needs rest in order to positively adapt to any training stimuli.

You can schedule into our Flexibility, Balance and Massage classes on a daily basis to help in your post workout recovery. These classes will promote faster recovery time.
